Tyger
THE WHITE CAT WHO FOLLOWED US HOME
Left in a box outside our apartment by someone living two blocks away, Tyger was rescued as a tiny kitten and bottle-fed into the cat they are today.
The Strays Who Found Us
Some rescues begin with a plan. Ours often begin with a cat deciding we are coming home together.
Copperjet
The cat who followed us on a bday
A black puspin who followed us from one street to another on the owner’s birthday. She made the decision before we did—and came home with us.
Cotton
The curious one
Cotton is a white cat with green eyes who followed us all the way back to our apartment. Hungry and determined, Cotton decided our home would be theirs, too.
Nova
THE CAT BENEATH OUR CAR
A white cat with blue eyes, Nova was hiding beneath the passenger side of our car and crying loudly. We couldn’t leave her there, so she came home with us.
Skatch
Tiger print
Skatch appeared outside our apartment and meowed until we opened the door. He walked straight inside as if he had already decided this was home.
Bob
FROM THE WET MARKET TO HOME
Bob was once a stray we found at a wet market. Now he’s one of the familiar faces behind Rosecoloredfur and a big part of why we care for cats in need.
Finter
THE CUDDLE COMPANION
Monchi may look serious, but behind that watchful face is a calm cat who likes staying close and keeping an eye on everything.
