Where are your products made?
Our designs are created by Rosecoloredfur and made to order by our fulfillment partner. Your order may be produced at different fulfillment locations depending on the product, availability and delivery destination.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order while it is waiting for fulfillment. Once production begins, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own. Because each item is made to order, we cannot exchange products when the wrong size is selected.
Wash your shirt inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and wash it with similar colors. Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning. Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. The estimate shown at checkout includes production and shipping, but carrier or customs delays may occasionally happen.
Yes. We’ll email your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to begin showing updates.
Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or when the wrong size or color was selected. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us so we can help.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos showing the entire item.
We’ll submit a claim to our fulfillment partner for review. If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. You won’t need to return the item.
